Covenant University Shines at Summer Institute in Russia

Scholars from the Department of Petroleum Engineering, Covenant University, made a significant mark at the recent Summer Institute program hosted by the Industrial University of Tyumen (IUT), in Russia. They were among the 25 participants from various countries, including China, Philippine, Vietnam, South Africa, Serbia, and Mongolia, invited to the event; a testament to the University’s commitment to global academic collaboration.

Expressing his excitement at the performance of the faculty members, the Director, International Office and Linkages at Covenant University, Dr. Isaac Akinwunmi, stated, “I am delighted that our faculty successfully participated in this program, which provided invaluable insights into Russian oil and gas technology while fostering international collaboration.”
