Skills are the core of the (small and medium) businesses which makes up the informal sector that accounts for 65% of Nigeria’s GDP, and 80.4% of employment. Skills (via the informal sector) are in fact a major component that has been bolstering Nigeria’s economic resilience despite the state of the economy over the years.
