The Mo Ibrahim Foundation is now accepting applications for its 2024 Leadership Fellowship, an initiative designed to nurture the next generation of African leaders.
The fellowship provides successful candidates the unique opportunity to work in prestigious executive offices such as the African Development Bank (AfDB) in Abidjan or the International Trade Centre (ITC) in Geneva.
Benefits:
This fellowship offers a comprehensive platform for leadership development, including hands-on experience in governance, research, and policy design. Fellows will work directly with the leadership teams of renowned institutions, gaining deep insights into African and global challenges. A key benefit is the mentorship provided by the heads of the host organizations. Fellows also join the Now Generation Network (NGN), a group of alumni committed to contributing their skills to advance Africa’s future.
