The Minister of Education, Dr. Maruf Tunji Alausa, has mandated the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor and Principal Officers of the Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta (FUMMSA), to ensure the institution admits its first students by September.
Speaking at the inauguration of Principal Officers for NABTEB, UBEC, and FUMMSA, the Minister emphasized the need for collaboration with key regulatory bodies such as JAMB and NUC to facilitate a seamless admissions process. This directive was confirmed in a statement issued by the Ministry’s Spokesperson, Boriowo Folsade.
