President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has granted provisional licenses for the establishment of 11 new private universities across Nigeria.
The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Public Communication, Sunday Dare, announced the approval on Monday, following a meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
