Liberian students in Rwanda have received a significant boost as businessman and FC Fassell CEO, Cassell Anthony Kuoh, unveiled a five-year scholarship initiative worth $25,000. The announcement came during the fourth-anniversary celebration of the Liberian Students Association of Rwanda (LIBSAR) on March 28, 2025.
Serving as the keynote speaker at the event hosted by LIBSAR’s Nyanza Chapter, Kuoh introduced the scholarship program, pledging an annual allocation of $5,000 to support Liberian students in Rwanda over the next five years. Additionally, he provided an immediate $3,000 cash donation to address urgent financial needs within the student community.
